Viewing Trips

Without a doubt, a viewing trip is the best way for you to find your dream Spanish property

Every individual has his or her own criteria to fulfil when buying a new property. Whether this is the best location for a property in terms of rental/investment potential, relocation to Spain, or a second home in the sun.

To ensure that each individuals’ criteria are taken into account, each inspection trip is tailor made.
 
There is so much to see! You will dine in typical Spanish restaurants and visit the sun-drenched beaches which adorn the coastline. Above all, you will begin to feel that you are part of the Spanish way of life.

Our regular 3 day viewing trips are an ideal opportunity for you to explore the area. If you have never visited this part of Spain before we can offer you a complete package, from booking flights, accommodation and car hire to guiding you around the best tapas bars!!! However, we are also happy to let you explore on your own.

We are happy to drive you around, however, we have found in the past that most of our clients prefer to have a hire car, which cost approximately £15 a day plus fuel. Please let us know at the time of booking your trip whether you also wish us to book a car for you.

The trip outlined below is a typical one but we will adapt to suit you:

Day 1:

Meet at local airport (Liverpool/East Midlands/Standstead) fly direct to Granada.

Pick up bags and car.

Get settled into hotel

Leisure time – independent or guided
Lunch in Granada.

Will depend on where the properties you wish to view are located but typically we will spend the afternoon viewing the developments near to Granada

Meet for an evening stroll around the fantastic tapas bars of Granada

Day 2:

We will head towards the coast, stopping off at developments that you wish to view and points of interest on the way.

Lunch on the beach/ in the mountains

Leisure time - to explore some of the many activities/points of interest the area has to offer.

Or re-visit any properties, if you so wish.

Meet for dinner

Day 3:

Unfortunately, fly back to the UK, leaving behind the fantastic and varied landscapes, wonderful climate and amazing food!!!

However, if you wish to book a longer viewing trip we will be more than happy to accommodate it. This will allow you more time to sample the skiing (December-April), Golf, Mountain Biking, Water-sports, The Alhambra and any other of the many, diverse activities the area offers.
